Vendors must be authorized distributors of the pump manufacturer, and products must be prepped for direct installation, perfectly aligning with existing infrastructure. The procurement process appears to prioritize precise equipment matching and vendor technical expertise, with a strong emphasis on ensuring that any alternate products meet the existing system's precise specifications and operational requirements.
