Statement of Work (SOW)

1. Introduction The National Sea Grant College Program is sponsoring the American Fisheries Society Meeting 2024 scheduled for September 15-19, 2024. This meeting serves as a networking, outreach, and educational event that supports Sea Grant’s mission of promoting coastal ocean and Great Lakes science through education, research, and outreach.

2. Definitions None applicable.

3. Scope of Work The full package includes:

· Sponsorship Package Platinum

· Organization listed on the Meeting Website and in Fisheries Magazine

· Recognition on conference materials (such as website and signage)

· Signage in the Registration and Exhibit Hall

· Organization logo on the Spawning Run 5K Shirt

· Invitation to attend the AFS Governing Board Reception

· Invitation to attend the AFS Unit Leaders Reception

· Link to your organization’s website + logo on the meeting website

· Tradeshow booth

· Logo on slides holding slides for Plenary Sessions

· Video (up to 2 minutes) uploaded to the meeting website

· Your organization’s logo on the Virtual Meeting Website program

· Recognition in Fisheries Magazine with a half-page advertisement

· ‘Tech Talk’ or Virtual Workshop (20 minutes) live and on demand

· 6 meeting registrations

· Session: The Potential of Fisheries to Prevent & Remove Marine Debris

· Student Led Networking Event

· Indigenous Attendee Travel Support

4. Specific Tasks and Performance Requirements Funds are required for sponsorship.

5. Deliverables and Due Dates Deliverable is due every week for the duration of the performance period, as part of the weekly progress report.
