About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) for Construction Management Services specifically for Tallahassee Garages Repairs and Renovations, identified by solicitation number REDM2526-03. The RFQ seeks construction management services for garage repair and renovation projects, with an engineering firm already selected for the project. The document provides clarifications on submission requirements, including the need for a pre-qualification letter and guidance on completing specific forms like the DMS Form CM01.

The Q&A addresses four key questions from potential bidders, providing critical information about the procurement process. Notably, all project information is located within the RFQ document posted on the VIP (Vendor Information Portal), with detailed specifications to be provided only to shortlisted firms. Bidders are advised that while they may include additional project information with their submissions, scoring will be based strictly on the requested information in the official forms. The document also includes a legal notice regarding protest procedures under Florida Statutes, emphasizing the importance of following prescribed filing and bonding requirements.
