About this file
This document is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the State of Florida for Continuing Contracts for Construction Management Services in the Northwest Florida region. The RFQ is open to qualified firms to provide construction management services on an as-needed basis. There is no anticipated amount of work, as the services are dependent on funding from the state legislature. The contract term is not specified, but future solicitations will involve other regions and a replacement of the current Continuing Contracts for the Northwest Florida region.
The pricing, set-asides, incumbents, and funding details are not provided in the document. However, it is noted that there is no guaranteed amount of work, as the services are reliant on state legislative funding.
