About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by Mosquito Lake State Park in Cortland, Ohio, for the procurement of a new outboard boat motor. The park is seeking a 90-horsepower, 4-stroke motor from manufacturers Yamaha, Mercury, or Suzuki, with specific requirements including electric turn-key starting, power trim, side mount controls, 15ft cables, and an aluminum prop. The motor is intended for a 26ft pontoon boat, with delivery requested to the park at 1439 ST Route 305, Cortland, Ohio by August 29, 2025, or as soon as possible. Potential bidders are encouraged to contact park manager Salim Fadzl (234-430-6039) prior to submitting a bid, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on a low lot total calculation.

The solicitation includes specific invoice submission requirements to Ohio Shared Services (OSS), with detailed instructions for proper invoicing. The purchase order is valid through June 30, 2026, with any goods or services after that date requiring a new purchase order. Bidders must include all required information on invoices, such as the purchase order number, supplier name, ship-to address, unique invoice number, date of service, itemized charges, and no Ohio sales tax. The evaluation process emphasizes responsiveness and responsibility, with the potential for disqualification if all items are not bid upon or if invoice requirements are not met.
