RFQ Parking Lot Sealing Services Summary

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Oregon State Lottery Commission for parking lot crack repair and sealcoat services. The primary objective is to extend the service life of the asphalt parking lot while re-painting striping and markings. The work must be completed over two separate weekends to minimize disruption to day-to-day business operations. The RFQ specifies that qualified contractors must submit bids addressing crack repair methodologies, sealcoat application standards, and striping re-painting procedures. All work is expected to be performed during non-business hours on designated weekend dates to maintain normal Lottery operations.

The RFQ contains specific pricing requirements that bidders must address in their quotations, with pricing terms to be evaluated as part of the bid selection process. Bidders are required to demonstrate experience with similar parking lot maintenance projects and provide evidence of proper licensing and insurance coverage. The solicitation does not indicate set-asides for disadvantaged business enterprises or small businesses, nor does it reference an incumbent contractor. Detailed specifications regarding materials, labor standards, and completion timelines are included within the RFQ document to ensure bidders understand project requirements and can provide accurate cost estimates for the Oregon State Lottery Commission's consideration.
