Protests regarding selection of the “successful vendor” will be submitted to the DGS Procurement Division Protest Coordinator and ultimately heard

Crushed Base Rock and resolved by the Victim Compensation and Government Claims Board whose decision will be final.

Bidders may be requested to submit complete descriptive literature which should be annotated to specify the applicable page, brand, and model or item(s), if applicable to the order request. Descriptive literature should be submitted with the bid response. If this documentation is not included in the bid response, Bidder shall provide it within five

The Cost Quote Sheet will be used solely for computing the cost as a fair and equitable formula to determine the low bidder and is not bidding on the contracting agency.

However, the actual costs quoted within the cost sheet will be binding for the term of the Agreement, once awarded.

This solicitation will be awarded on an “All or None” basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all administrative and technical requirements, terms, and conditions of this solicitation.
