About this file

This document is an Addendum to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 23-031-300, Rebid No. 1, entitled "Drought Response Consulting Services" issued by the State Water Resources Control Board (Water Board). The addendum extends the timeline for the RFQ, revising key dates such as the deadline for submitting questions, the voluntary pre-solicitation conference, the deadline for submitting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), and the subsequent evaluation and negotiation process. The RFQ seeks qualified firms to provide drought response consulting services to the Water Board.

The addendum also provides a Question and Answer Summary addressing inquiries related to the California Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) program requirements and small business participation. While DVBE participation is required at a minimum of 3%, small business participation is not required but may receive an evaluation incentive. Interested firms are encouraged to review the certification requirements if they wish to participate as a DVBE or small business.
