This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) for Spectrum Control GPIO Controller Cards on a brand name, no substitutions basis. RFQ number N66604-26-Q-0328 is a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 334511 (Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 1,350 employees. Offer B includes the same base requirement plus optional quantities of 20 units (CLIN 0002, exercisable within 12 months of award) and 25 units (CLIN 0003, exercisable within 24 months of award). Delivery is F.O.B. Destination Newport, Rhode Island, with a Government desired delivery date of January 15, 2027. Offerors must include shipping costs in unit prices, provide a quote validity period of at least 60 days from the due date, and submit CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification prior to award. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable quote, requiring proof of authorized reseller status.
