C-223-H001 TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL OF RADIOACTIVE WASTE (NAVSEA) (OCT 2018)
The Contractor will make reasonable efforts to contract commercially for transport and disposal of spent resin and other radioactive wastes to the same extent as for recent overhauls so long as nuclear risk indemnity under P.L. 85-804 is available to the Contractor. (d) NAVSEA may, without further notice, enter into contracts with other contractors for these services. Contractors should enter into separate non-disclosure agreements with the file room contractor. Contact the Procuring
