About this file

This Request for Quotations (RFQ) N3220525Q2314 is for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical services for the Integrated Monitoring Control System (IMCS) annual maintenance on the USNS BRUNSWICK. The solicitation, issued by the Military Sealift Command Norfolk, seeks a technical representative from Austal USA to perform comprehensive maintenance tasks during a one-month period from 01 May to 30 May 2025 at JEB Little Creek, VA.

The detailed Statement of Work (SOW) specifies multiple technical requirements, including replacing government-furnished material (GFM) components such as OSC1, OSC2, and hard drives for various consoles (MCC, SDCC, RDC), and checking cable connections and screw tightness on multiple Simatic system devices. The contractor must provide a qualified field service representative, submit detailed condition and "as released" reports, and perform systematic inspections of automation servers, workstations, and various digital and analog modules. The solicitation is not a small business set-aside, and quotations are due by 30-Apr-2025, with a fixed-price contract structure.
