The project encompasses structural and finishing work including roof repairs, siding replacement, window and door restoration, and associated exterior maintenance. The RFQ requests competitive quotations from qualified contractors capable of executing these repairs to restore the building's exterior integrity and appearance. Specific details regarding project scope, materials, labor requirements, and technical specifications are contained in the attached bid specifications. Interested bidders must submit quotations by the deadline specified in the RFQ documents, with evaluation and award anticipated upon receipt and review of compliant submissions. The project is funded through Ohio state parks operational and capital improvement budgets. Bidders should note any relevant experience with similar park facility restoration projects and provide references demonstrating capability with exterior building repairs. Award will be made based on pricing competitiveness, contractor qualifications, proposed timeline, and compliance with all specification requirements and state procurement regulations.
