About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase and delivery of 18 tons of corn fertilizer for the Sauvie Island Wildlife Area in Oregon. The fertilizer must be delivered no later than May 15, 2024, and the bid proposal form must be submitted by 2:00 PM on April 19, 2024 via email, mail, or fax. The RFQ outlines the required fertilizer blend specifications, including the percentages of total nitrogen, available phosphate, soluble potash, and sulfur. Bidders may propose alternate products that meet or exceed the minimum requirements, but the agency will determine if the proposed products are "equal." The contract opportunity involves the jurisdictions of Multnomah County and the City of Portland, Oregon.

The RFQ requires all pricing to be held firm for 30 days. It does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, or funding sources. Bidders are asked to provide their vendor information, Federal ID number, and COBID (Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity) certification number, if applicable. The delivery location is the wildlife area shop at 29005 NW Reeder Rd, Portland, OR 97231.
