About this file

This is a Request for Purchase Order (PO) from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to renew its American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standards Membership. The solicitation number is 75F40126Q00014, with quotes due by 3:00 PM Eastern Time on December 30th, 2025. Contractors must submit a complete, unsecured quote that provides an itemized list of items with product descriptions and part numbers, valid for 60 days.

The government intends to award a fixed-price purchase order to the most responsible quoter based on two evaluation factors: total price and technical features meeting or exceeding requirements. Partial quotes will not be considered, and incomplete pricing may result in disqualification. Quoters must submit all assumptions with their quote, and any additional terms conflicting with the solicitation may be deemed technically unacceptable. The government reserves the right to conduct discussions or reject any quote if it is in the best interest of the government.
