About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) for the procurement of new/unused vertical salmon incubators, panels, drip pans, and water tray inserts. The RFQ seeks 24 incubators, 50 each of clear and black panels, 26 drip pans, and 400 water tray inserts. The required delivery date is within 4 months of the award. The quotation is due by March 27th, 2024 at 12 PM. This procurement will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bid from a Small Business or Veteran-Owned Business, unless none of these businesses are qualified.

The RFQ specifies detailed technical requirements for the incubator system, including tray capacity, screen material, frame dimensions, and corrosion resistance. Pricing is requested on a unit basis, with the vendor required to provide shipping/freight charges separately. Payment will be processed upon satisfactory delivery and acceptance of the goods. The RFQ states that the state is trying to minimize the purchase of products with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and requests packaging without color or dyes.
