EXECUTION

PREPARATION OF EXISTING PREMIER COURT®’S : The work consists of the following :

Scrape and thoroughly clean, power washing where necessary, and dry the entire surface area of the existing court surface, utilizing a mechanical, commercial grade, air blowing machine and scrapers where required. Ensure that any and all loose debris or acrylic paint is removed. The court surface must be dry for a minimum of 3-days prior to addressing any of the puddle areas or hairline crack areas.

The work to be performed must be completed on days when no rain is imminent and the courts have full sun exposure and the ambient air temperature is 80° Fahrenheit or rising. Any and all acrylic cracked areas or areas to be patched must completely dry before attempting any repairs so as to not trap moisture which may interfere with sealing and bonding of repair materials.

There are several areas where water puddles. These areas require opening of the PREMIER COURT® to allow access to the existing court base so that the specified leveling material may be applied to minimize or eliminate the puddle areas. The process of opening the PREMIER COURT® must be accomplished by following the exact directions as provided by Premier Concepts, Inc. to the contractor that will be performing the work. It is the contractor that will be performing the work and the contractor’s responsibility to contact Premier Concepts, Inc. for the required directions and, if necessary, compensate and pay Premier Concepts, Inc. to provide a Technician to be onsite for this portion of the project. Premier Concepts, Inc. will provide that compensation and pay rate upon request.

For the few areas over the seams where the acrylic material has cracked, those areas should be re-seamed utilizing the PREMIER COURT® SEAM COMPOUND and SEAM FABRIC. Additionally, any racket gouges or surface damages should be cleaned, caulked and seamed at this time as well.

After completion of the above preparation work, the areas that have been seamed should be coated once with the approved ACRYLIC RESURFACER MATERIAL following all Premier Concepts, Inc. and manufactures recommendations and guidelines. Once the ACRYLIC RESURFACER MATERIAL has properly cured, every new seam must be covered with PREMIER COURT® SEAM COVER FABRIC per all Premier Concepts, Inc. and acrylic resurfacer material manufacturer recommendations and guidelines.

All PREMIER COURT® SEAM COVER FABRIC that has been applied must receive two (2) applications of ACRYLIC RESURFACER MATERIAL following all Premier Concepts, Inc. and manufactures recommendations and guidelines. Once the second application of the approved ACRYLIC RESURFACER MATERIAL has been applied to the PREMIER COURT® SEAM COVER FABRIC, the application of the three (3) coats of ACRYLIC COLOR MATERIAL may begin.

All ACRYLIC RESURFACER MATERIAL and ACRYLIC COLOR MATERIAL must be mixed per Premier Concepts, Inc.’s established guidelines and per the approved coatings manufacturer’s recommendations and specifications. At every application step, each acrylic material product applied must be allowed to fully cure and completely dry prior to any of the successive applications. The acrylic materials mix and application recommendations and guidelines established by Premier Concepts, Inc. are available to each prospective vendor upon request from Premier Concepts, Inc., as well as the approved acrylic material products manufacturer.

The playing lines shall be painted utilizing an approved ACRYLIC WHITE LINE PAINT. Application of this product should be in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

Contractor is responsible for proper storage of all of the products associated with this project.

Contractor is also responsible for the proper mixing ratios for each product used and for the proper completion of this project. The approved acrylic products should all have specified and recommended mixing ratios, to be submitted to the Owner.
