The quote should specify price and delivery timeline in calendar days after receipt of order on a FOB Destination basis with Net 30 payment terms. The state offers a 5% preference for certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), certified Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (DVB), and work centers certified under Wisconsin Statutes employing persons with severe disabilities. Bidders must certify compliance with non-collusion requirements and indicate whether materials were manufactured in the United States. Bidders are encouraged to register with VendorNet for future bid opportunities estimated over $50,000. Security clearance restrictions apply to hand-delivered quotations at the DMA Purchasing Office.
