STATEMENT OF WORK
STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR
Emerald Care 450 Stratasys Fortus 450mc 3D Printer Maintenance Contract
1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement to provide repair and maintenance services, technical support, as well as replacement coverage on all non-consumable parts for the Stratasys Fortus 450mc 3D printers operated by Division M3.
1.1 Background
Division M3 utilizes two (2) Stratasys Fortus 450mc 3D printers, serial numbers K00517 and K10445, to support various programs for both internal and external customers. Because of the high usage rates and large volume of parts produced on this machine, timely support of any malfunction is required to keep downtime to a minimum.
The current procedure for contracting service calls on a case-by-case basis does not provide the support needed in a timely manner. A pre-paid service agreement with an authorized repair service provider is required.
1.2 Scope
This Statement of Work (SOW) describes and defines the technical support and repair services required for both Stratasys Fortus 450mc 3D printers, serial numbers K00517 and K10445, which are located in Building 268 at NSWC IHD (M Department).
2.0 REQUIREMENTS

b. On-Site Support – 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST Monday-Friday
2. Response Time

b. On-site – Up to 3 Business Days if issue cannot be resolved via Phone and/or Email
