About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Oregon Department of Revenue (Agency) for Return-to-Operation (RTO) Service for the Agency's existing IBML devices. The Agency is seeking competitive quotes from prospective contractors to provide the RTO service for a period ending on 6/30/2023. The RTO service is critical to the continuation of the Agency's operations, which include scanning documents, capturing images, processing check payments, and processing paper tax returns. The RFQ provides a schedule of events, with the quote due date set for December 10, 2021. The contract will be awarded to the proposer whose quote is determined to be the "Best Fit" for the Agency, based on factors such as experience, expertise, and contractor responsibility.
The RFQ outlines the minimum requirements for proposers, which include the ability to provide RTO service for the Agency's existing IBML devices, being in tax compliance with the state of Oregon, and meeting the insurance requirements specified in the document. Proposers must submit a pricing sheet and a proposer information and certification sheet as part of their quote. The Agency reserves the right to negotiate contract terms and conditions with the successful proposer, who will be required to provide additional documents such as a W9, tax compliance certification, and a certificate of insurance.
