Deliveries will not be accepted on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays except as specifically requested by NSWC Corona / NAVSEA HQ. All goods or services attempted to be delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday without specific instructions from the Contracting Officer or his duly appointed representative will be returned to the contractor at the contractor's expense with no cost or liability to the U.S. Government.
