This is a 100% small business set-aside acquisition with a NAICS code of 336212 (size standard: 1,000 employees). The Government intends to award a fixed-price contract to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must submit a complete quote, technical description demonstrating capability to meet all Statement of Need requirements, warranty details, and company information including CAGE Code and/or UEI number to be considered responsive. The evaluation will first assess price ordering, then determine responsiveness by verifying all RFQ requirements are met. The lowest-priced responsive offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability and price reasonableness. If the lowest-priced offeror is found non-responsive or non-technically acceptable, the Government will proceed to evaluate the next lowest-priced offer using the same criteria. All contractor employees must be able to pass a background check to access the installation. Funds are not presently available; the Government's obligation is contingent upon appropriated funds becoming available and the Contracting Officer providing written notice.
