About this file
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) document outlines vehicle transportation services required by the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES). The RFQ seeks qualified vendors to provide transportation services to support Cal OES operations throughout California. The solicitation is available to Small Business (SB) entities only, with responses due by the specified deadline outlined in the document. Bidders are expected to provide comprehensive pricing and service delivery capabilities to meet Cal OES transportation requirements. The contract term and any renewal options are contingent upon performance and Cal OES operational needs, with award determinations to be made based on evaluation of submitted quotations against stated criteria.
Pricing for vehicle transportation services should be submitted on a per-unit or hourly basis as specified in the RFQ, with vendors required to demonstrate cost-effectiveness and compliance with California state contracting standards. This solicitation includes a small business set-aside provision, limiting competition to certified SB vendors to support economic participation goals. Funding for this contract is provided through Cal OES budgeted resources for emergency services operations and support functions. Interested vendors should review all RFQ requirements, specifications, and terms and conditions prior to submission to ensure full compliance with Cal OES procurement standards and operational expectations.
