About this file
This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the State of Ohio's Department of Natural Resources for the window repair project at the Geneva State Park office. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of all windows in the main office, the park manager's office, and two windows in the law enforcement office, with priority given to the main office. The new windows must have specific features such as tan vinyl framework, double-hung style, double-pane glass, and Energy Star rating. The work should be completed by November 30, 2024, and bids can be submitted through an online platform. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting their bids, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the low lot total.
The RFQ provides detailed invoicing and payment instructions, including the requirement to submit invoices directly to Ohio Shared Services. No state sales tax will be accepted, and the contract is only valid for goods and services received through June 30, 2025. The contract may require the awarded supplier to sign an Addendum to Bid Quote or Personal Services Agreement.
