About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Request for Qualification (RFQ) issued by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) for Aerial Photography, LIDAR and Survey Services. The RFQ seeks to award one Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for a three-year term with an option to extend up to five years. The services requested include aerial photography, LIDAR, and surveying. GDOT will consider DBE-certified firms to meet the DBE goal, and a Certified Photogrammetrist is required. GDOT will not consider extending the number of contracts awarded beyond one firm, nor will the awarded firm be excluded from future GDOT project opportunities.

The RFQ specifies that the payment type may be Lump Sum, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost per Unit of Work, or Specific Rate of Compensation. There is no Bidders List or List of Interested Parties provided. The addendum also addresses written questions received during the question and answer period, providing clarification on the contract terms and DBE requirements.
