About this file
The document is an Amendment (0001) to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Department of Veterans Affairs, issued by the NCO 20 Network Contracting Office in Vancouver, WA. The amendment addresses four specific technical questions about a ThermaFlo engineering equipment replacement, providing detailed specifications including steam pressure (15 PSI), flow rate (80 gpm), water temperature parameters (inlet 40°F, outlet 140°F), and service conditions (supply pressure 150 psi, temperature range 325°F). The amendment confirms the requirement for a Model EC800II BacNet Electronic Temperature Controller and includes photographic documentation of an existing ThermaFlo unit (Model TH 750-8-36DWEN, manufactured in 2009) to help potential bidders confirm specifications.
The solicitation remains unchanged in its core details, with offers still due on 02 April 2025 at 4:30 PM EDT. The primary purpose of this amendment is to provide clarity and additional technical information to potential offerors, ensuring they have comprehensive details about the equipment requirements for the replacement unit. The attached instrument tag and manufacturer nameplate images provide additional context and technical specifics that would assist vendors in preparing their proposals.
