The pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. EST via Microsoft Teams, with registration required to receive the meeting link. The original proposal due date of Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. EST has been extended to Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. EST. Prospective vendors must be registered in the State of Georgia before contract award, though bids may be submitted prior to registration verification. Only items listed on the provided checklist are required at submission. The solicitation references pages 4, 24, and 30 for specific pickup location and operational details. DeKalb Public Health reserves the right to reject all bids and waive technicalities in the best interest of the county.
