About this file

This is an addendum to a Request for Qualifications issued by the District Board of Trustees of Lake-Sumter State College in Florida for Architectural & Engineering Design Services. The addendum modifies the original RFQ_26-02 for the planning, design, and construction phases of a new Health and Human Performance Center to be located on the College's South Lake Campus. The College intends to award one agreement to a single qualified vendor capable of providing comprehensive architectural and engineering design services. Key procedural details regarding submission deadlines, site visit requirements, bidders' meetings, or other timeline-specific information should be referenced in conjunction with the original RFQ document, as addenda typically clarify or modify specific provisions from the base solicitation.

The addendum addresses modifications to the original solicitation terms, which may include adjustments to pricing structures, qualification requirements, evaluation criteria, or contract conditions. Specific details regarding pricing terms, any small business or minority-owned business set-asides, funding sources, project budget, and other financial parameters would be contained within this addendum and should be reviewed in conjunction with the original RFQ to understand the complete procurement requirements and any changes to the College's expectations for the architectural and engineering design services engagement.
