The pricing quote form requires bidders to provide detailed pricing information, including daily rack prices, freight, fuel surcharges, and various taxes and fees for 87-octane and 89-octane gasoline and on-road diesel. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, accept partial bids, and cancel the agreement at any time. Bidders must submit their insurance coverage documentation with the bid and provide a complete breakdown of pricing components. The school system emphasizes that price increases throughout the contract period will not be accepted, and the fueling location can accommodate both bobtail and tanker trucks with easy access to the tank.
