The pricing table covers a subscription tier for 0-1250 certificates, with a performance period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, and requires vendors to submit quotes by 12:00 Noon on December 23, 2025.

Key technical specifications include multiple certificate administration capabilities, browser-trusted root store, independent audits, code signing, organization and extended validation certificates, wildcard options, and a warranty exceeding $1.5 million. Vendors must provide 24/7/365 support, a dedicated technical account manager, and demonstrate the ability to meet comprehensive requirements across certificate management, security, and operational integration. Quotes should be submitted via email to Acquisitions@saa.senate.gov with a specific subject line referencing the RFQ number, and pricing quotes will remain valid until January 31, 2026.
