The proposal deadline is March 21, 2025, at 4:00 PM, with submission via email to chris.shaw@molallariv.k12.or.us. The tentative schedule indicates an Intent to Award issuance by April 30, 2025, with an Award Protest period ending May 31, 2025.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, cancel the RFQ, or allow contracts to expire without implementation if funding is unavailable.
