About this file
This document is a clarification response to Request for Quotes #2021-62 for On-Call Bridge Consulting Services issued by an Oregon state or local government entity. The RFQ solicitation requires interested firms to submit quotes addressing qualifications, project team capabilities, project examples, and fee schedules within a 20-page limit, with all pages including forms, cover sheets, and tables of contents counting toward this maximum. The response clarifies that evaluation will focus primarily on the first four items listed in Section 4 of the RFQ, though no formal point-based scoring system is employed in this informal solicitation process. Fee schedules must be submitted for both the prime consultant and all subconsultants representing the full project team.
The document addresses three key questions submitted by prospective bidders regarding submission requirements and evaluation methodology. Notably, the clarification confirms that all supporting documentation counts against page limits and that comprehensive fee information from the entire team is mandatory for consideration. While specific contract terms, award dates, and pricing thresholds are not detailed in this clarification document, the response indicates that the review committee will emphasize technical qualifications and demonstrated project experience when evaluating competing quotes.
