About this file
The document is a Contractor Information Sheet template for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) related to a Request for Quote (RFQ 20150795) for untrained detection canines. The template requires detailed contractor and visitor information for site access to the CBP Canine Academy located at 11617 Iron Soldiers Way in El Paso, TX. Key submission requirements include providing visitor details at least 72 hours prior to arrival, emailing or faxing the form to the Security Services Branch, and ensuring all visitors are escorted and present government-issued photo identification upon entry and exit.
The associated federal contract opportunity solicits six untrained canines for the U.S. Border Patrol K9 Center, with specific requirements including procurement under FAR 12 and 13, a small business set-aside (NAICS code 112990), and a firm fixed-price purchase order. The solicitation is for the Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection agency, seeking canines suitable for training at the El Paso Canine Center. The government will award the contract to the most advantageous quote that conforms to the solicitation requirements.
