About this file
This is an addendum to a Request for Quotes issued by the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Administrative Services, for the purchase of U.S.-made unmanned aircraft systems to support emergency response operations following ex-Typhoon Halong. The RFQ seeks four units each of the Skydio X10 Ready Kit (2.4/5GHz, 5G/LTE Ready, IR), Skydio X10 Services-Standard Solution, and Skydio Data Management Suite. Addendum One extends the quotation submittal deadline from Wednesday, September 30, 2026, to Friday, October 2, 2026, at no later than 1:00 p.m. Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT). The notice of award and contract issuance are anticipated for the week of October 12, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the original RFQ remain unchanged, and acknowledgment of receipt of this addendum is a mandatory requirement for quotation acceptance.
The estimated budget for this procurement is between $70,000 and $80,000, with quotations exceeding $90,000 potentially deemed non-responsive. Pricing must be submitted in U.S. funds on an FOB destination basis, including delivery charges and applicable federal duty and brokerage fees, with payment due within 30 days of receipt of proper billing or delivery. Vendors must hold a current Alaska business license and self-attest compliance with FAR 52.240-1 and listing on the Defense Contract Management Agency's Blue List UAS website. Alaska bidder preference (5%), Alaska veteran preference (5%), Alaska Military Skills Program preference (2%), employment program preference (15%), and Alaskans with Disabilities preference (10%) apply where vendors meet applicable statutory requirements. Vendors must register with Procurement Specialist III Bryant Trujillo at decdasprocurement@alaska.gov to receive subsequent addenda, and registration failure may result in quotation rejection. Certifications regarding lobbying, debarment, and drug-free workplace compliance are required.
