ADDENDUM 1

TWO (2) 2026 OR NEWER/UNUSED TOYOTA RAV4 PHEV (RFQ 13401)

This Addendum forms a part of the contract documents and changes the original documents only in the manner and to the extent stated.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

Q1: The vendor believes the specified color may be a clerical error and asks whether the intended color is Oxford White. They noted that the RAV4 PHEV basic models are available in “Ice Cap” white, while one trim level offers a pearl white color with a black roof. They would like to confirm that the County is requesting the standard flat white color and not the two-tone version.

A1: Yes, we are looking for the standard full white color.

If you have any questions, please submit your questions via BuyNet by sending a message to the Procurement Specialist through the “Discussions” functionality.
