The client recommends the use of Marlite Induro™ FRP with SaniSEAL™ Trim Technology or an approved equal for these locations. Incorporate compatible trim, sealants and adhesives, etc. as part of the Work.
Wood Doors: The client recommends the installation of solid core wood raised panel doors and frames throughout the interior of the building. Provide detailing for all doors which shall be a minimum of 36”wide. Work includes two oversized doors or a double door configuration to accommodate the mechanical rooms, the Cryo Freezer and the Incubator are to be included as part of this Work.
