PART II - Site Specific Information

A. Background The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine Services (PPQ), in Nevada intends to secure services including all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary for applying Dimilin 2L over a specific area, located in 5 separate spray blocks near Winnemucca Nevada. The type of service is a full-service rangeland Treatment using Dimilin 2L. The contractor will provide all required Dimilin 2L, clean crop oil, buffering agents and water. The General Statement of Work lists general specifications, terms and conditions applicable to any contracts awarded under this RFQ.
