Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this Amendment on your submitted capability statement.

The hour and date specified for receipt of Capabilities Statements HAS been extended to March 4th

2013.

This amendment is to provide clarification to question:

Q. What type of analysis does NIAID need testing for in 24hrs after specimen receipt and what type of specimen?

A. It is anticipated that clinical research screening and safety labs such as, hematology, chemistry

HIV, HBV, HCV and urinalysis will be needed within 24hrs. Specimens may include blood and urine.

NOTE: The anticipated award date is changed from August 13, 2013 to October 13, 2013 with an ordering period of seven (7) years.
