About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the State of Missouri Department of Natural Resources for the procurement of a drilling rig with trade-in. The RFP solicits proposals for two options: a truck-mounted drilling rig and a track-mounted drilling rig. The required drilling rig specifications are detailed, including the ability to auger 6-inch holes, core bedrock, and accommodate various tooling and attachments. The RFP includes a trade-in component, where the State will provide credit for the existing drilling equipment. The contract period is from the date of award through three (3) months. The RFP provides instructions for submitting proposals, both electronically through the MissouriBUYS system and as hard copies, and outlines the procedure for a site tour to inspect the trade-in equipment.
Regarding pricing, the RFP allows vendors to enter negative values for the trade-in credit. No set-asides or funding information is provided. The current incumbent is not specified. The RFP seeks to procure the drilling rig and equipment for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, located in Phelps County.
