About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) for Stormwater Management services at the existing IPI building located at the DOC MPCF facility in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. The addendum provides clarification on several questions, including the ability to remove and reinstall fencing during construction, responsibility for utility locates, and any concerns with the size of the stormwater pipe under the fence. The proposal due date remains unchanged.
The original RFP seeks professional design services to help mitigate water intrusion along the north elevation of the existing IPI building. No additional details on pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information are provided in the addendum.
