TITLE OF PROJECT:

PPD- CMS HL CMS COPPER SHEETS

If by virtue of this Amendment you desire to change a bid already submitted, such change may be made by e-mail, provided such e-mail refers to the Solicitation # and this Amendment and is received prior to proposal due date and time.

The above reference Solicitation is amended as follows:

1. Bid Period Questions Revision 1; April 3, 2025:

Q1) 2 sizes of 120 each are shown on page 3, however on page 2 it talks about 525 plates. Which is correct?

A1) The order is for 120 Copper sheets of each size as specified in Section 4.4. Section 1.0 is background information only and includes raw material plates that have been subdivided as part of a follow-up machining process.

Q2) On page 3 under 5.0 Handling, Packaging, Shipping says - "avoid the accumulation of embedded particulates during handling, transport, and storage of the Material" - what does this mean?

A2) The meaning is to: keep plate surfaces free of small particles, dust, or grease which may contaminate the copper surface.

Q3) Can you please EXTEND the due date due to lack of above information? Would prefer a 1-week extension minimum.

A3) A one-week extension is acceptable; therefore, proposals are due April 11, 2025, at 1:00 CT

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
