About this file

This is Addendum #1 for RFP3615 - Heat Illness Prevention (Event 7350-251) issued by the Department of Information Resources (DIR). The addendum specifically replaces and supersedes Section 5.1 - Bid Questions on page 16 of the original RFP document.

The updated section outlines the process for submitting bid questions, requiring bidders to submit written questions via email to the Event Coordinator specified in the CSCR event by the Key Action Date. Questions submitted after the Key Action Date may remain unanswered at DIR's discretion. All question and answer sets will be posted on a new version of the CSCR Event without identifying the submitters, and only written questions and answers released on CSCR shall be binding upon the parties. The State reserves the right to paraphrase questions for clarity.

ADDENDUM #1

RFP3615 – HEAT ILLNESS PREVENTION (EVENT 7350 – 251)

The language in Section 5.1 - Bid Questions on page 16 is hereby replaced and superseded with the following language:

5.1 Bid Questions

Bidders requiring clarification of the intent or content of this RFP or on procedural matters regarding the competitive bid process may request clarification by submitting written questions. To ensure a response, questions must be received, in writing, by the scheduled date specified in the RFP Section: Key Action Dates.

Bidders shall submit questions via email to the Event Coordinator specified in the CSCR event.

Questions received after the Key Action Date will only be answered by the DIR as time allows and as solely determined by the DIR; therefore, questions received after the Key Action Date may remain unanswered.

Question and answer sets will be posted on a new version of the CSCR Event without identifying the submitters. At the sole discretion of the State, questions may be paraphrased by the State for clarity.

Only the written questions and answers released on CSCR shall be binding upon the parties submitting bids and the State. Oral answers and answers received through any other method shall not be binding on the State.
