Request for Proposals (RFP)
RFP # 25-NLS01
Amended Proposal Due Date: February 12, 2025, no later than 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time
The following questions were received during the Question and Answer Period for RFP 25-NLS-01 Student and Employee Investigations:
1. Are the interviews with students/employees/victims/witnesses conducted in person or zoom?
We use both modalities for interviews.
2. While I think they are conducted both ways, is there a percentage you can assign to in person v. zoom?
Our internal interviewers predominately conduct interviews in person, while external investigators tend to conduct most investigations remotely.
3. Does EWU have a preference as to whether the interviews are in person or Zoom (or online)?
It would depend on the particular type of investigation.
4. How many investigations/interviews or purchases by the College and/or WIPHE members were completed in years 2023 and 2024?
EWU only maintains records for the investigations completed for EWU.
We average 1-2 external investigations each year.
5. Are you open to considering investigators based outside of Washington state?
Yes
6. For Section 3.3(1), Experience of the Contractor, will you accept full resumés of MFR investigators by attachment?
Yes
