The total points possible for each section are given but the point values assigned to each question are missing. Was that intentional?
Yes – the Family Preservation - In-Home Family Services standard service description assigns points to each category, but does not break down points to each question.
2
RFP Document - RFP Evaluation Criteria

Question B4 states: “The response should include staff availability to serve clients during non -traditional work hours and 24/7/365 availability for emergency situations.”. The RFP language requires a flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients but does not reference 24/7 emergency availability. The current contract does not require 24/7 emergency availability. Can you confirm 24/7/365 availability for emergency situations is not required?
2.4 Services to be Delivered, Service 1 of 1: In-Home Services, a. 2) Provide In-Home workers with a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of referred clients during non-traditional hours. 24/7/365 availability for emergency situations is a client need that may occur during non-traditional hours. So, although the RFP does not expressly state 24/7/365 availability for emergency situations, it is still implied in the requirement of a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of referred clients during non-traditional hours.
