About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Gladwin Community Schools for a theatre sound and video upgrade project. The RFP outlines the required equipment and services, including a 48-channel digital mixer, wireless microphones, a laser projector, and a 2-year warranty. Bidders must submit proposals by August 30, 2024, and the project will require a 2-hour user training session. The RFP also includes affidavits for bidders to disclose any familial relationships, comply with school safety legislation, and certify they are not an "Iran linked business" as defined by Michigan law.
The RFP does not provide specific details on pricing, funding sources, or set-asides. However, it does state that the winning bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and the district reserves the right to award the contract to the most responsive and responsible bidder.
