RFP Submission Checklist for Pennsylvania Benefit Recipient Notification Service
This document is an RFP submission checklist for a Pennsylvania state agency seeking to establish a process for timely notification of benefit recipient deaths to prevent overpayment. The checklist outlines required submission components and documentation standards for vendors responding to the procurement opportunity. The project involves implementing a death notification system to enable prompt termination of benefit payments upon recipient death, with the checklist serving as a standardized tool to ensure all bidders submit complete and compliant proposals with necessary supporting documentation and attestations.
The checklist establishes specific submission requirements and formatting standards that all respondents must follow to be considered for award. Required elements include completed forms, certifications, insurance documentation, financial statements, and experience summaries demonstrating the vendor's capability to manage sensitive benefit recipient data and notification processes. The checklist emphasizes compliance with Pennsylvania procurement regulations and may include provisions related to data security, confidentiality, vendor qualifications, and performance standards necessary for managing benefit recipient information and death notification procedures.
