About this file

This is an RFP Submission Checklist for the City of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania related to a legal services contract for homeownership initiatives. The checklist outlines required documentation and compliance items that bidders must submit with their proposals to support participants in the city's homeownership initiatives, specifically focusing on estate planning and property succession assistance. The document serves as a guide to ensure all vendors meet submission requirements and provide necessary supporting materials, certifications, and qualifications documentation.

The checklist establishes mandatory submission components that bidders must complete to be considered for award, including proof of business registration, insurance certificates, financial statements, references, and various compliance certifications. Vendors are required to demonstrate their qualifications, experience in legal services delivery, and adherence to city procurement policies. The checklist format enables the City of Philadelphia to systematically evaluate submissions, verify bidder eligibility, and ensure all proposals contain complete information necessary for proper evaluation and contract award determination.
