About this file

This is an RFP Rating Criteria revision document for the City of Reynolds Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2027 engineering services solicitation in Georgia. The revision document outlines modifications to the evaluation criteria that will be used to assess proposals submitted in response to the City of Reynolds' request for engineering services. The project scope encompasses sewer, water, street, and drainage improvements within the city limits. Proposals are to be submitted to the River Valley Regional Commission office located at 710 Front Avenue, Columbus, Georgia 31901, with a deadline of 10:00 a.m. on August 31, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the City of Reynolds based on the established rating criteria.

The solicitation designates this as a Section 3 Covered Contract, with Section 3 Business Concerns specifically encouraged to apply, indicating a focus on economic opportunity for disadvantaged businesses and workforce development. The rating criteria revision reflects adjustments to how proposals will be evaluated and scored, though the specific revised criteria are detailed within the document itself. William Griggs is identified as the point of contact for questions regarding the RFP requirements and specifications.
