About this file
This document is a set of Questions and Answers related to RFP W912CH-24-R-0025 for the procurement of the M870A4 Semitrailer, Lowbed, Construction Equipment Transporter (SLCET) 40-Ton. The key details are:
The contractor is expected to have the capacity to support an annual maximum quantity of 120 semitrailers. The order ranges specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) will be firm, and the contractor will not be able to provide alternate ordering ranges. The current Provisioning Contract Control Number (PCCN C502A4) and Provisioning Control Code (PCC TLD) will be provided to the contractor for updating the technical data. The contractor will be required to create new data and reports, as the existing M870A4 technical manual was developed using MIL-STD 40051-2C with intelligent PDF format. The Government intends to award a single Fixed Price (FP) Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, as multiple awards would not be in the best interest of the Government due to the need to maintain single configuration control of the M870A4 semitrailer.
