The Rudyard Area School Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids. Bidders who submit false certifications regarding Iran Economic Sanctions Act compliance face civil penalties of up to $250,000 or twice the contract amount, whichever is greater, plus investigation costs and attorney fees, and may be declared ineligible to bid on future RFPs for three years.
