Stadium Seating Replacement RFP

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Raymond James Stadium (RJS) for the replacement of stadium seating. The project involves the removal of existing seating and installation of new seating throughout the facility. Bidders are required to submit proposals by the specified deadline, with evaluation criteria focusing on cost, quality, installation methodology, timeline, and experience with similar large-scale stadium projects. The RFP includes detailed specifications for seating requirements, accessibility compliance, and installation standards. Site visits are available for prospective bidders to inspect the existing conditions at Raymond James Stadium prior to proposal submission. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the best value to the stadium, with contract performance expected to commence upon execution and continue through the completion of all seating replacement work.

The pricing structure requires bidders to provide comprehensive cost proposals including materials, labor, equipment, and contingencies for the complete seating replacement project. Specific attention is directed toward proposals demonstrating proven experience with comparable stadium renovation projects, financial stability, and adequate bonding capacity. Bidders must comply with all applicable Florida state and local regulations, prevailing wage requirements where applicable, and insurance and bonding requirements specified in the RFP. The proposal must address the project schedule, quality assurance measures, and detailed plans for installation sequencing to minimize disruption to stadium operations. Award decisions will be based on the evaluation committee's assessment of technical merit, pricing, contractor qualifications, and overall value proposition to Raymond James Stadium.
